The Programme

PGPCM is a unique AICTE-approved course offered by XIME to develop committed and competent techno managers with the potential to manage construction business / projects in India and abroad. The duration of the programme is 12 months, divided into four terms of 12 weeks each.

Eligibility

Graduate in Engineering / Architecture from a recognized university with consistently good academic record. Preference will be given to those having construction work experiance and candidates sponsored by their employers. Candidates should have completed all their degree examinations before June 26, 2010.

Admission Procedure

Programme Bulletin and Application form available at XIME from January 20, 2009 on payment of Rs. 600/ by cash or DD drawn in favour of "Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship". Alternatively, application form can be downloaded from the XIME website www.xime.org. Downloaded form may be filled up and sent along with the registration fee of Rs. 600/- in the form of a DD favouring ‘XIME, Bangalore’.

Fee

The Programme fees covering Admission, Tuition, Library, Computer. Examinations, Diploma and Activities is Rs. 1,50,000/-, payable in three instalments of Rs.50,000/- each.
