About the Programmes

XISS invites application for the two-years full-time post graduate diploma course in:

  • PGDM (PM)
  • PGDM (RD)
  • PGDM (IM)
  • PGDBM (Finance)
  • PGDBM (Marketing)

    • Eligibility

    Admission to the courses are open to graduates who have completed the three years of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline, recognized by a university or deemed university. Those completing their final examination by 2010 may also apply.

    Admission Process

    The Institute follows a three-stage admission procedure:

  • The candidates must qualify in the all India level written examination, “XLRI Admission Test” XAT.
  • Qualifying students are called for a group discussion (GD) where a candidate’s ability to understand and analyze situations, communicate ideas, and take decisions along with personality traits such as initiative, team spirit and leadership skills are tested
  • Candidates have to finally pass through the rigorous personal interview session conducted by a panel comprising of experts from both academics and industry

    • Application Form and prospectus of XISS can be obtained from the XISS Enquiry Counter from 30th September, 2009 to 13th March 2010. Also can be downloaded from XISS website.

    Cost of downloaded XISS Application Form is Rs. 650/-, Demand Draft in favour of "Xavier Institute of Social Service" Payable at Ranchi.

    Cut-off Point: General Candidate: 30, Reserved: 20
