Global MBA Program

Introduction

The highly rigorous one-year, full-time, Global MBA program of the S. P. Jain Center of Management (S. P. Jain) is designed to train individuals to work in the new global economy. With over 900 teaching hours, the course is equal to most two-year MBA programs.
The program is conducted jointly at S. P. Jain's Dubai and Singapore campuses with Sydney being recently added as an option. Through this program, students gain global exposure in three highly globalized cities of the world.

S. P. Jain Dubai and Singapore has academic support of S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai. Over the years, SPJIMR has become reputed for its innovative and relevant curriculum and gets consistently ranked amongst the top Indian and Asian business schools.

Admission Requirements and Guidelines

  • This being a post-graduate program one must be a graduate to apply.

  • Candidate need to have done an aptitude test. Institute consider GMAT or CAT scores. If Candidate have not taken any and are not planning to do so, he must take an aptitude test conducted by S. P. Jain. If he has taken one of the above mentioned aptitude tests he may also take Institute's aptitude test, if he so desire. Institute will consider the best score.

  • Selection of Candidates is based on consistent and high academic performance (Usually first class all through their academics) quality and rigor of the under graduate studies, relevant work experience, demonstrated leadership qualities, analytical abilities, communication skills and other personality traits.

  • The Global MBA is designed for participants who have prior work experience. Normally full time work experience of 3 years or more is required but a small percentage of students with 2 years maybe also considered. Further relevant postgraduate qualifications like CA for the finance streams are given preference.

  • A small percentage of the batch is reserved for those with a family business or who desire to become an entrepreneur or are taking a sabbatical / leave of absence from their present employers, with a commitment to rejoin them.

    • The last date for applying is September 14, 2009.

    Candidate may download and print the application form “Global MBA (November intake) Application 2009” which consists of 9 pages on A4 paper by going to website www.spjain.org/admissions.asp. Application can be made both Online & Hard copy Format. The same should be sent along with a photocopy to any of the below mentioned addresses:
