Must have a degree in Finance (MBA-Finance from IIMs) or CA / ICWA / CFA.

Proven project management and people management skills.

About 8-10 years of overall experience related to business analysis and financial research, while working for an I-Bank, PE/VC Fund, Financial Research House or Third Party KPO serving these customer bases.

Strong command of financial statement analysis, modeling and valuation.

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic.

Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up.
