Candidate Profile:

  • MBA with 2-4 years of extensive Tuxedo experience.

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology Products, and must be able to train people in the team. Should be able to design medium to high complex programming logics.

  • Should be able to perform and technically mentor system testing.

  • Should be able to technically mentor the less experienced members in the team.

  • Should be process-oriented during the development cycle and strictly adhere to the process implemented within the team.

  • Should be able to deliver within the stipulated time frames.

  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills are a must.
