Job Description:

Responsibilities: - Responsible for Pre-Sales of world-leading Web Application Servers (like Websphere), Groupware (like Lotus), Security / Network / Systems / Database Management, other software products in a particular territory.

  • Technical Support to facilitate the Sales Team to achieve sales targets for each product category within the territory.

  • Interaction with Corporate as well as principal firms operating within the territory.

  • Provide Technical Training to resellers and technical sales assistance (in terms of Product Presentations, Demonstrations, Product Clarifications, etc.) to resellers in closing business.

  • Deliver technical support and services either in person, by telephone, or electronically to resellers / end customers.

  • Consult on solution strategy and development.

  • Assist with solution installation planning and answer product function / how-to questions.
