Responsible for managing the delivery of research output for the India business. To oversee the regular market research, white papers and other research publications prepared at the country and regional (Asia-Pacific) level.

Participate at the annual research conference and exchange ideas, experiences with other research members in the Asia Pacific region.

Ensuring that customers (Internal & External) are delighted with work carried out by Research Team through Client Feedback Forms with a minimum rating of Good on a five-point scale. (Poor - satisfactory - Good - Very Good - Excellent). Develop a feedback form to facilitate the process.

Provide assistance for preparation of value-added research, white papers, and other local and regional publications related to real estate markets.

Contribute high quality and timely inputs to global research projects.

Introduce self-reliant procedures to reduce dependence on other departments and to ensure greater quality and coverage.

Continue to provide quarterly research support (data collation, analyses and report writing) for regional publications.

Increase the level of involvement with REIS to ensure greater quality.

Continue to drive the Research Teams Credibility, Visibility and Availability through Quality, Business Awareness and Timely Delivery. Focus on developing the learning and development schedule, aspirational quotient of the team to keep them motivated.

Day-to-day management of the team of 10-12 researchers across various locations in India, manage recruiting schedule and team ramp-up procedures.

Build on the annual research plan, schedule and then prioritize the India Research Offerings annual calendar with details on resourcing, delivery, etc. Also work with the National Director on developing research budgets.

Attend client meetings with commercial markets and retail teams to showcase research outputs to clients; thus, showcasing the value-added services the company can offer.

Develop a central data repository - a knowledge management system covering details on coverage, frequency of updation, owner, etc.

Support brand building and public relations for the company through actively supporting Marketing & Communication Team in their initiatives to expand quality media exposure by contributing research articles, responding to media queries, and sharing research outputs.

Master's Degree in Economics / Commerce / Sciences, or Architecture / Planning, with MBA in Finance / Marketing from a reputed college.

Experience in Real Estate will be preferred but not mandatory.

Proven high level of initiative and contribution to the growth of business.

Sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Exposure to multiple cities in India.

Sound MS Office skills.

8-10 years experience in a managerial position.
