Responsibilities: -
Develop, support and implement Change and release management practices to manage all IT changes in IT infrastructure.
To define and maintain Change and release management processes aligned to ITIL best practices.
Train onsite delivery team on the defined processes.
Develop and implement quality plan for change and release processes.
Ensure adherence to the implemented change and release processes.
Ensure process maturity is above 4.5 in ITIL self-assessment and 4 in PMMS (Process Maturity Measurement System).
Review quality plan and Change and release performance metrics and plan for continual improvement.
Conduct regular, planned review and audit for ensuring adherence of defined processes.
Reports are published on identified gaps with corrective and preventive actions.
Evaluate best practices for adoption.
Drive performance improvement programs through six sigma tools.
Ensure compliance customer security policies.
Ensure customer review on all quality parameters.
