Job Description:

Responsibilities: -

  • Drive annual HR programs like MS Poll, Review, MYCD, quarterly people review processes, etc., to ensure a highly-leveraged and high quality HR implementation model.

  • Partner closely with HR business partners to gain input and feedback on program roll-out.

  • Develop associated communications and project schedules to facilitate timely and flawless execution.

  • Establish and monitor metrics and other results-oriented dashboards to drive HR team’s productivity.

  • Work with HR Director to plan HR calendar, team rhythm of the business and off-sites.

  • Work with HR Director to create and manage budget.

  • Works with HR Centers of Excellence and India HR teams to integrate programs effectively.

    Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field is required, and MBA or MS preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are required.

  • Experience of managing financial budgets is required.

  • Candidate must be able to work under pressure and within short time constraints.

  • Familiarity with broad HR programs and data systems is required.

  • Candidate is required to be aggressive in planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, excellent communications and delivery against objectives.

  • Should have 5+ years of experience either in a HR role or in a Project Manager / Business Manager role working with a Divisional Leader.
