Works with the IDC Generalist Team to develop and align business needs and the staffing strategies to meet the talent needs of the business (Quantity, Quality, Diversity, Cost, Productivity, and Global).

Supports HR Business Lead on all staffing and succession planning activities in coordination with the IDC POC Director.

Collaborates with other COE and India Teams (i.e., One India Compensation, Legal, One India Recruiting Teams) to improve recruiting efforts.

Leads and develops IDC Staffing Team.

Ensures that all tools of staffing are clearly understood and utilized by the team including vendor and search company management.

Responsible for tracking and reporting staffing metrics on monthly basis to IDC key business leaders.

Ensures consistent application of recruiting brand and process within the IDC Group and works with leaders to articulate IDC value proposition.

Owns implementation of all staffing policies, processes and procedures within Group through IDC Staffing and Generalist Teams.

Qualifications should include a minimum of 8-10 years progressive HR experience.

Candidates must have excellent leadership ability necessary to manage a large team and previous management experience is required.

Candidate must demonstrate strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively and navigate through a matrix environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.

Experience in the high-tech industry is desired.
