Accountable for managing SAP projects or programs within defined time, quality and cost constraints.

Provide assistance to the Business Unit during the opportunity creation phase through the delivery of scoping assessments, resource estimation, project costing, proposal and SOW generation and customer / partner project team evaluation.

Responsible for meeting project profitability targets.

Ensure timely billing to customers and collection of payments.

Manage project delivery expectations and relationships with clients, Partners and SAP Business Units.

Collect and record project knowledge and experience and seek to actively impart this to other members of the professional services team.

Monitor project risks on a periodic basis.

Ensure SAP offers the greatest value and satisfaction to our clients by leveraging the capabilities of SAP and delivering professional services in a consistent manner.

Explore additional business opportunities for SAP with customer by close co-ordination with customer, product sales and consulting sales teams.

Demonstrate active participation in professional services team forums and contribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development.

B.E. / C.A. - MBA preferred.

At least 12-14 years of work experience in leading solution / consulting teams in the area of SAP.

PMP Certification / other equivalent Project Management Certification is must.

Must have led at least 3 end-to-end ERP project life-cycles with consulting project team size of minimum 30, and minimum project size of about 3500 man days.

Knowledgeable of ASAP methodology is a must.

On-site project management experience for Indian customers mandatory.

Knowledge of Solution Manager is an advantage.

Strong business knowledge and experience in CPG, FMCG, Utility, Automotive, Metal or Retail Business.

Strong solution experience in Financials / Logistics / Human Capital Management and in one or more industry verticals will be essential.

Should have experience of managing project profitability.

Strong communication with good presentation and writing skills.

Traveling required.
