Candidate Profile:
B.E. / C.A. - MBA preferred.
At least 10-15 years of work experience in selling implementation services, developing qualified pipeline, driving successful sales campaigns, negotiating and securing well-structured profitable deals, managing client accounts, and facilitating project delivery.
Achieved annual revenue target exceeding INR 10 Crores and has ability to create strong pipeline.
Must have closed consulting service deals of minimum size of about INR 2 Crores.
Excellent skills for negotiation and closing contracts.
Must be capable of independently taking up lead in customer engagements and ability to mobilize requisite skill-sets to position value-based proposition.
Experience in positioning and selling of consulting services, preferable around implementation of SAP solution.
Basic understanding of SAP solution will be an added advantage.
Experience of working with the CXO levels for negotiating and closing deals.
Experience in preparation of proposals, bid documents, contracts, etc.
Experience of working in several industry verticals like automotive, oil and gas, retail, public sector, professional services, metals.
