Senior Consultants / Managers might be responsible for: -

Ownership of a work-stream, data gathering, process and analysis, structuring own work, ownership of deliverables, identifying both sales and sell-on opportunities.
Senior Managers might be responsible for: -

Shaping / leading an engagement, ownership of a large work-stream, day-to-day client relationship management, scoping and leading existing / new business opportunities.

A good degree level education is preferable. A post graduate (e.g., MBA) qualification is desirable.

Internal consulting (Industry) or external consulting (Consultancy Company) experience essential.

A track record of strong project delivery essential.

A strong teamwork ethic with an ability to work collaboratively.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written. Intellectually capable of developing and holding peer-level relationships at all levels of the client's company.

Highly capable critical thinking, interpretative and analytical skills. A focus on results and a flexible, 'can-do' approach.

A willingness to learn, grow and stretch in to new roles and different industries.

Excellent communication skills - fluency in both written and spoken English essential.

At Senior Manager level, in-depth knowledge of 2 or more sectors essential. You will be required to generate thought leadership perspectives for the benefit of clients / colleagues alike and demonstrate successful Business Development Capability.

Specific for Strategy: Will undertake inter alia work on "Analysis & Design" projects, which use a proven process to prepare an organisation for a large transformation programme typically over an 8-10 week period - covering the whole enterprise or particular processes / functions. Other strategy projects may last from 2-6 months, and cover all elements of strategic analysis, from creating the corporate vision to determining how to achieve competitive advantage for our clients.

Specific for Transformation: Candidates must have subject matter expertise in one or more of the following transformation and change tools and techniques: -
a) Transformation Design - Enterprise Operating Model, Enterprise Process Design, Organisational Design, Transformation Plan and Governance.
b) Transformation Delivery - Culture Change, Performance Management, Business Change.
