Independently handle the structuring, development and implementation of investment management products through private placements and mass offerings to achieve profit objectives.

Achieve the product roll-out plan to include specific Islamic investment offerings, active and passive mutual funds umbrellas, principal guaranteed structures across all asset classes, savings plan and hedge funds.

Increase and enhance the breadth of product offering by focusing on and introducing new asset classes as per the requirements of the franchise.

Develop new business areas and value-added propositions including non-discretionary portfolio management solutions and asset allocation models which would overlay on existing product lines.

Develop and implement game plan for the Bank in equity capital markets domestically as a fresh initiative for the Bank.

Prepare term sheets and legal documentation for private placements and mass offerings.

Assist in sourcing and propose key strategic alliances to add credibility to offerings.

Proactively manage the designated range of S&D’s product offerings in terms of product features, delivery mechanism, in the context of competitor activity, customer feedback, and international best practices, to optimize resources and maximize profitability.

Assist in developing and maintaining all operating and dealing procedures related to the business and insure timely revisions.

Assist supervisor in implementing product solutions and proactively managing balance sheet usage under the Bank’s EMTN program and ALCO guidelines.

Assist in managing the risks associated with the business in accordance with Risk Management Divisions guidelines and Central Bank regulations and review guidelines.

Assist in achieving and delivering mandated tasks and revenue objectives.

Assist in managing relationships with counterparties with the objectives of diversification and strengthening existing base.

Handle all product reporting requirements and providing market analysis and feedback.

Develop ability in breaking down and pricing complex derivative structures.

Conduct market research and scan universe to evaluate investment product / ideas.

Maintain and develop investment product database across asset classes.
