The role is envisaged to play an end-to-end role in Customer Life Cycle Engagement with Organisation.

Customer Life Cycle is defined as the period from which there is a need for a technology solution or service for a business situation (and Organisation is invited for participation) till the sustenance phase (5-10 years) and eventuality.

There would be multiple intermediate steps involved in this life cycle process such as pre-sales, stitching of the proposal, vetting the proposal from technical and commercial stand-point.

Negotiation, execution of the project in case of a win, sustenance and continuous improvement.

This is the objective of the function, and hence, translates to the objective of each team member.

In addition, high focus on Business and sensitivity to the customer needs. Understanding customers business in short time frame is highly desirable and required for the role to effectively translate them to technology solutions for internal consumption.

Highly methodological and process oriented at the same time able to take quick decisions in short span of time (as the situation warrants). Within the Organisation persuasive skills to convince different LOBs for getting work done through logical reasoning and technical backing is a necessity.

In short, would be a junior CTO / CIO for the customer.

B.E. / B.Tech. / MBA.

Minimum 8-10 years practical experience in Infrastructure Systems Integration environment, Applications.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Implementation Projects (May not be necessary).

PMP Certificate is preferable though not mandatory.

Understanding of technology (hardware & software).

Commercial orientation to maintain cost and billing.
