Managing the delivery of large integrated solutions to an external customer, or in support of a major enterprise-wide program, often involving multi-function and multi-vendor efforts.

Determining overall program / project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements for complex integrated IT Infrastructure Solutions requiring relevant products and Services.

Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to all escalations regarding project deliverables.

To ensure that customer complaints are resolved by taking corrective actions.

Quality & Process Control during project life cycle.

To escalate the quality issues beyond control to the higher ups and get the solution at the earliest.

Review project performance with the customer periodically during on-going phase. (manage scope effectively).

Communication to all the stake-holders in the project.

To recommend for deviations and change control.

Manage Issue & Risk Management during project execution.

Documentation and effective Data Management.

Ensure timely billing and collection.

Hand-over for smooth sustenance.

Minimum 8-10 years practical experience in Infrastructure Systems Integration environment.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Implementation Projects (May not be necessary).

PMP Certificate is preferable.
