Program Governance - Manage in the areas of Service Delivery Management, Technology Management, Contract / Financial Management and Relationship Management.

Service Delivery Management - Includes application development and management, infrastructure provisioning and sustenance and leading the process and quality initiatives in the account for continuous service delivery improvements.

Technology Management - Enabling better alignment of IT to the emerging business context of the account.

Contract / Financial Management - Focusing on P&L for the account, bringing in commercial value to the client.

People Management - People transition, team formation and ongoing performance management of large team.

B.E. / MBA with minimum of 13-15 years of experience.

Should have handled IT projects / programs worth INR 10 Crores.

Should have exposure to Application Management and IT Infrastructure Management.

Should have led teams.

Exposure to process led service delivery approach based on standard quality frameworks.

Should have extensive experience in working with HP-UNIX.

Should be well-versed with technologies like UPS, Network (Data) Cabling, Electrical Cabling, HVAC, Fire Suppression, BMS, Access Control, and Civil, etc.

He should be familiar with Data Center standards, industry best practices, current and future trends and entire project life cycle.

He should be able to prepare the Bill of Material for DC Infrastructure establishment.
