Reports to: - Senior Vice President - Business Strategy.
Role: - He/she will be an integral part of a start-up Strategy Team within the company. An opportunity to set the strategic direction of a company that is planning to grow ten-fold in the next 5 years. The initial focus would be to develop a 3 year strategic plan, with emphasis on a prioritized investment plan to reach growth targets. Assessment of the capabilities and gaps within each department to meet the growth targets, and facilitating and driving key strategic initiatives to bridge the gaps have also been initiated.
The individual will have a high degree of empowerment and potential to grow within the organization.
Responsibilities: - Work on project basis, having ownership of project workstreams for large projects, and full project ownership for smaller projects. These could include: -

Education & Experience: - MBA from a reputed institution (Top-10), preferably with an emphasis in Strategy or Finance. 2-3 years experience in market analysis, strategy, finance or corporate planning roles post-MBA.
Target Industries: - Indian and/or multi-national companies with a high degree of financial rigor, analysis and strategic thinking.
