Responsible for implementing ITIL processes and best practices during transition by closely working with various divisional teams.
Driving TOS service delivery, productivity improvement, best practices and compliance programs.
Develop and continuously improve processes for TOS services by working closely with the onsite teams and the practice team.
Monitor and improve process adherence and effectiveness for all TOS customers through planned audits and ensure closure of gaps.
Train, educate and communicate with field to develop process awareness.
Develop ITIL, Cobit, eSCM processes and implementation of the same.
Support sales team in developing solution for new clients in response to RFP.

Education: - BE / MBA. Experience: - 6-8 Years. Technical Competencies: - Prior experience of process development and implementation, ITIL foundation trained. Experience of implementing processes for at-least 2 customer accounts. Total experience 6+ years with recommended 2+ years experience in process and quality function together with other responsibilities. Should have undertaken six sigma projects and undergone six sigma / DMAIC training. Should have good communication, presentation skills.
