Ability to construct models that reflect live business cases and work on large amount of numbers and gather meaningful insights.

A post graduate degree in management from a premier institute.

About 4 years of overall experience related to business analysis or research, while working for a research house, consulting company.

Ability to scope and structure work with a clear visibility of timelines.

Should have executed at least 4-5 business strategy related projects independently for international clients.

Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic.

Ability to build business cases and models and comfort with financial analysis.

Problem solving skills.

Ability to take responsibility of assigned tasks and work with minimum guidance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of SPSS or SAS is a strong bonus.

Expertise in developing and delivering word and power point (ppt) based reports.

Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up.
