MBA / CA / CFA of around 28-35 years of age - male or female - with at least 5 years experience and deep-rooted client relationships. A working knowledge of capital market principals is an added advantage. He/she is also highly self-motivated and assertive; showing the ability to manage and lead self and others to achieve maximum performance for the business whilst integrating key goals and priorities to deliver the organization’s strategic vision.
