He will have bottom line P&L responsibility for all Business Development / Sales / other Financial and margin related client facing strategy in USA. She/He would work with (and may be part of) the Aethna Management Team (10-25 years experience with companies like Infosys, TCS, adidas, Matrix Labs, Asian Paints) to refine the future direction of the company.
The person would have additional team members reporting into him/her; however, this role is hands-on.

Management professionals with 10-25 years experience with companies like Infosys, TCS, adidas, Matrix Labs, Asian Paints. An ideal candidate would have worked in the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO, Analytics) space, Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse area as well as Information Technology Sales (IT-ADM). A working exposure to the Global Delivery Model is a big plus.
