About 2-4 years of overall experience, with at least 1-2 years of experience in one of the FS vertical such as Banking, Insurance, Securities, etc., or in a research and consulting set-up with particular focus on the FS sector.

Ability to scope and structure work with a clear visibility of timelines.

Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic.

Ability to take responsibility of assigned tasks and work with minimum guidance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Expertise in developing and delivering MS Word and PowerPoint (ppt) based reports.
