As an integral part of core operations, you will create and execute research project strategies and engage clients globally.

Effectively manage large project teams.

Design, manage and deliver multiple business research projects across verticals.

Develop business by continuous up sell and cross sell of services to existing clients.

Taking ownership of industry/set of clients.

Be a part of firm-level initiatives, assisting with the strategic growth of the business.

You should have an MBA / CA / MBE degree from a premier institute (preferably the IIMs).

You must have 4+ years of Research / Consulting experience, preferably within a global context.

You should be analytical, a problem solver, articulate, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

You should have strong team and people management skills.

You should be highly motivated, self-driven, entrepreneurial and goal-oriented.
