Partnering with the Line HR Managers and Business Leaders to drive key HR processes through the year including Session C, EMS, mid-year career discussions, etc.

Design, develop and execute various talent / leadership development initiatives to strengthen the leadership and succession pipe-line in the organization.

Facilitate change efforts and organizational restructuring activities and seek out ways to increase organizational effectiveness.

Develop and execute Leadership and professional skills training curriculum including partnership with the corporate’s training organization in rolling the training calendar and evaluate effectiveness of the training efforts.

Build an overall compensation and benefits strategy for different sections of the business and enhance the organization's ability to attract, retain and motivate good people.

Lead the annual salary planning exercise.

Participate in market surveys and benchmarking exercises to remain competitive in the market and enable informed decisions.

Oversee and streamline HRIS and reporting to ensure smooth conduct of processes.

Act as a counsel / consultant to the HR team.

Master's / Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute with 6+ years of experience.

Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership in the business.

Ability to influence and lead initiatives across a large population.

Ability to effectively work in a matrix organization.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically, and to continually seek out opportunities to improve the functioning and the deliverables of the client and/or overall HR organization.

Excellent understanding of HR processes including performance management, salary planning, etc.

Capable of handling multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion.
