About Innovation
Innovation in Wipro incubates and operationalises new business ideas in the market. This is spun-off into a separate business line when the proposition is mature and taken to the market. The company requires a person to Head the Sales of these new lines of business in the market and take the proposition to the customer. The person will be responsible for delivering the Revenue and GM goals across the relevant Infotech Geography. The role requires the person to build a sales organization to deliver on the goals. Further, the job encompasses building and leveraging senior management relationships in client organizations. Would also form a part of the core team helping to drive the practice and proposition towards customer needs.
Responsibilities: -

  • Responsible for driving GTM for all Quantum Innovation projects in Wipro Infotech geos.

  • Responsible for sales target of approximately Rs. 400 crores in 3 years.

  • Responsible for developing and leading a sales team to meet the sales targets.

  • Provide inputs to practice teams in developing business value propositions.

  • Responsible for interacting with senior management of clients and within Wipro Infotech for co-creation of "game changing" innovations.

  • Responsible for identifying opportunities and converting the same to business deals.

  • Should have good presentation skills.

  • Responsible for interacting with senior management of customers and being involved in interaction with customers at the highest level.
