Identify market potential for the IRCAM proposition and create a business plan.

Create and own P & L for the business, which is expected to generate a revenue of Rs. 100 crores in 3rd year of operations.

Identify key partners for collaboration for the creation of the proposition and develop the business proposition around it.

Identify product partnership opportunities and drive relationship with principals.

Identify resources and lead team to create service offerings.

Engage with various Wipro Infotech LoB's to align service offerings and build the components of the various services as part of the solution.

Interact with senior management in Wipro and customers to position service offerings.

Engage with strategic and divisional sales teams for positioning service offerings across key customers.

Recruit and manage resources for building the delivery team.

Maintain excellence in delivery and customer satisfaction.

Adhere to Wipro norms of Revenue numbers, CSAT, ESAT and other relevant parameters.

Experience in information risk and security concepts, technologies and solutions.

Experience in the BFSI and/or Defence industry as a domain expert, preferably in the operational / regulatory / information risk / security areas.

Preferable prior experience in a bank or financial services industry.

Ability to regularly keep up-to-date with the latest business and technology trends in the information risk / security and the BFSI industries.

Ability to identify trends in markets, technologies, products to understand industry direction and predict technology and industry trends.

Experienced in product evaluation, competition mapping and solution gap analysis.

Strong understanding of financial aspects of business.

Strong business conceptualization and management skills.

Proven ability of developing a business from grounds-up.
