Accelerate development of strategic insights for the Beverage Category.

Design, deliver and build a repertoire of Insights through quality and cost efficient dipstick / research and pilot studies (Responsible for quality analysis and sharing of insightful summaries for each research project undertaken).

Selection of Agency / writing an appropriate brief and monitoring / execution of research and pilots in the areas of CSD & NCB / Organized Retail, On-Premise & Traditional Trade to ensure quality output.

Build a repertoire of Insights that can be converted to 'Selling Stories' for the customers to develop the company's business with them - through mounting of pilots and mining of existing studies / research on the company portal.

Aid in activating the Insights 360 Degree Category Management Process with Priority Customers to drive category growth and profitability.

Aid Channel Leaders and other internal stakeholders with data and insights - that help in fact-based decision making.

Analysis of AC Nielsen Data - highlighting key opportunities by territory.

MBA from Premier Institute.

Must have experience in FMCG / CPG / Market Research Industry for around 6-11 years.

Thorough and in-depth knowledge of quantitative research protocols. Qualitative research experience along with quantitative will be desirable but not mandatory.

Experience in managing an agency will be big plus.

Advanced usage of PowerPoint & Excel is a must. Access is desirable.

Tenure in job approximately 3 years but not less than 2.5 years (Required due to the high gestation period in the role and to build and sustain the Insights journey with Priority Customers).
