Around 35 Years of age.

Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management + MBA (Finance / Marketing).

Hands-on experience of 10-20 years in sales / marketing / operations (preferred) in Hospitality industry. Experience in hospitality consulting will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of the Real estate concepts (including legal matters) - preferred but not compulsory.

Patience and perseverance.

Excellent communications skills - written as well as verbal.

Networking skills.

Good presentation skills.

Computer literate (Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
