Manage branch officers and evaluate them in terms of productivity and quality of sourcing

Motivate and develop the team

Experience in Direct / Channel Sales from Financial Services / FMCG / Consumer, Durables / Telecom-IT Sector.

Experience in managing a Sales Team (1-2 years).

Energetic, enthusiastic, sales-driven profiles are required.

Good communication skills and overall presentability of the candidate are a must.

Ability to multi-task and manage overall operations is essential.
