The individual will assist the Office of Business Analytics & Research, based in Bangalore, in the following indicative activities: -

  • Preparation of Business Plans and Strategy Documents.

  • Business update presentations and dashboards.

  • Drive innovation and knowledge management initiatives across the Business Unit.

  • Capacity planning for the Business Unit.

  • Coordinate and follow-up progress amongst different departments.

  • Ad-hoc senior management support and administrative tasks.

  • Work as individual contributor.

    Candidate Profile:

  • MBA (Strategy or Finance related specialization preferred).

  • 7-10 years experience. An ideal candidate: -
          o Worked in a Business / Strategic Planning function of a BPO / KPO company.
          o Worked in the PMO function in financial services industry.

  • Top-notch skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Highly Analytical.

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to influence and take charge.

  • Cheerful attitude and personality.
