Reports to: - Will report to Regional Director (APAC) - dotted India MD.
Role: - To take charge of all operations, techniques and quality aspects of the three existing plants in India - ensure technology and processes - to deliver to best global standards constantly. Second focus is to set-up new plants at various locations across India - mostly 'in plant' or 'wall-to-wall' with customers manufacturing locations.

One of the Top-3 global giants in plastic packaging / processing - mainly blow and injection molding - primarily for beverages, cosmetics, petroleum products. Turnover close to Euro 2,000,000,000 with Cal over 10% - 107 manufacturing locations - this company has rapid growth plans for Asia Pacific - especially India. Global clients include Coca Cola, P&G, Mobil Oil, etc.

Chandigarh / Hyderabad

Engineer + MBA preferred - of 40-45 years of age - with hands-on experience in plastic processing, production, technology, quality, new plant / prospects. Hands-on stop flow experience a MUST. Strong techno-commercial person with strong people skills, technical skills and result orientation.
Experience Range: - 20-25 years.
