PG Degree in HR from XLRI or TISS or Symbiosis preferable. About 6 years and above(4+ years of experience for executives). Candidates have to be from one of the Top 20 IT companies and they must be MBA. Exposed to Performance Management Systems, Training and Development, Policy Formulation and Implementation, Employee Relation Activities, HR Administration, Good Communication Skills.
