Reporting to: Sales & Credit Services Head, South.
Job Purpose: -
Responsible for managing a group of relationships either as a support to an RM or independently or both depending on the portfolio.
Responsible for Processes for management of customer relationships.
Improve quality and timeliness of Sales services to the assigned market segment.
Key Responsibilities: -
Independently managing a group of relationships so as to meet revenue and profit targets set for these relationships.
Assess and manage risk for a group of relationships.
Support Relationship Managers in handling a group of relationships to meet revenue and profit targets for these relationships.
Interface with other operational units within service delivery, Trade Sales and Cash Management Sales.
Ensure that Value Added (VA) is maximized for all relationships in his/her portfolio.
Prompt recognition and reporting of deteriorating credit risks in his/her portfolio and ensuring that necessary steps are taken to minimize loss to the Bank.
Day-to-Day monitoring and control of the relationships, i.e., excesses, past dues, overdue reviews, etc.
