Growth Strategies for Businesses

Objectives: This program shall address the myriad aspects surrounding firm growth. This shall include:

  • Different growth contexts such as rapid growth and sustainable growth; and
  • Uncertainties involved in firm growth across sectors, geographies, and technologies. A participant should leavethis program with an acute awareness of growth related issues and be able to model growth of his/her business(es).
