Objectives: This successful programme, the 5th in the series, provides Board-level perspectives on the principles and best practices in governing corporations both in the private and public sector.

For: It is addressed to Chairman, MDs & CEOs, Whole Time Directors, Independent Directors and Non-Executive Directors already on Corporate Boards or are about to join them. It would also be useful to very senior executives of large corporations with close working interface with their Boards and those who serve on subsidiary company Boards.
