Develop a critical appreciation of concepts related to creativity and management of creativity and innovation.

Help the participants assess their own creative potential, to identify the various blocks to realize this creative potential, and to guide them to develop a personal agenda for overcoming these blocks.

Train the participants into creative problem solving methods.

Develop an appreciation among the participants about the organizational context of creativity and innovation so that they can work towards making their own organizations into creative workplaces which come out with innovation on a sustained basis.

For: The programme is aimed at managers at various levels in the organization and from various functional areas who wish to improve their personal and managerial effectiveness through harnessing their creative potential. We are aiming to get managers from a variety of backgrounds to juxtapose multiple and diverse viewpoints in the group. A high degree of willingness to work with oneself is desirable.
