Objectives: The rapid globalization of business means that managers are increasingly working with people from different cultures and backgrounds as colleagues, managers or as clients. As a result, organizations
are often keenly aware that cultural differences and culture building need to be understood and appreciated if the potential benefits of national and international working are to be realized. This workshop will not only give an understanding of the way in which different cultures may approach business but will also increase your understanding of self, team working, meetings, negotiating and conflict handling in work setting and cross-cultural setting in particular.

This programme will enable you to: -

  • Develop an understanding of organizational culture and their effect on individual and organizational performance

  • Learn how culture affects your own behaviour

  • Developing skills of understanding and measuring organizational culture

  • Learn how culture gets affected by communication

  • Improve the management of cultural conflicts in business - professional, corporate, organizational, personal, and national

  • Building skills of developing, managing and leading organization culture
