Introduction: In the words of Henry Mintzberg, if the faculty can be thought of as the ‘senders’ and the students as the ‘receivers’, then the ‘curriculum’, along with teaching, can be considered as an essential part of the ‘transmission’ process, is by no means the most important part of the process.
Learners should no more be seen as ‘recipients’ than faculty should be seen as ‘senders’. Both have to be seen as participants in a learning process. Management Educators need to continuously sit together and take stock of this process and evolve instructional methods to achieve this state.

Objectives: To provide an insight into instructional methodologies used in teaching management subjects in business schools and to develop skills for selecting the desired pedagogy-mix by present and prospective management faculty members.
