For: This programme has been designed for senior and middle level executives in public and private sector industries, multinational companies who have leadership responsibilities over either people or processes or are in line for promotion to such positions. CEOs of family-owned business houses and consultants in the area of human resource management and organisational development, administrators and executives in responsible positions also gain much benefit from this programme.

The realities of today’s business environment-marked by globalization, fierce competition, change, technological complexity and diversity make organizations extremely challenging to lead.

Leadership excellence lies in understanding the significance of the interdependence that exists between an organization and its dynamic socio-economic environment and formulating strategies to manage the expectations of the key stakeholders besides maintaining a competitive advantage.

This programme addresses the topic of effective leadership from a multidisciplinary perspective and provides an alternative approach to understand leadership besides enabling the participants to gain better insights and develop an intuitive understanding of evolving perspectives, worldviews, visions and purposes, which are needed to become excellent leaders.

The purpose here is to provide an integrative framework for understanding leadership excellence.
