Objectives:

For: The working conference is intended for anyone interested in developing a deeper understanding of processes taking place in them and their organizations. The working conference is concerned with ‘management’ as a process rather than as a collective noun. There is no requirement of any particular previous experience or knowledge. The only qualification for membership is the willingness to learn from one’s experience of participation in the events and processes of the conference. Participants may come from the arenas of business, finance, politics, diplomacy, government and local authorities, NGOs, health services, social care, education, consultancy, justice systems, religious orders, lobby groups, agenda-based activisms and environmental organisations. This working conference is offered for managers, leaders, entrepreneurs, administrators, activists, educators, researchers, consultants, clinicians, service providers, professional and technical workers for deepening their understanding of professional working in a variety of contexts.
