Objectives: The main objective of the programme is to make participants understand and appreciate various aspects of leadership based on their own understanding and interpretation of the readings, and to lead to their self development not only during the workshop but also on a continuing basis later in life. It would enable them to appreciate what it takes to assume a position of (hopefully) the right kind of leadership.

For: Managers at all levels, or any manager who feels attracted towards the ideas and methodology, who would learn about different aspects of leadership through a process of reflection and discussion.
