Objective: The objective of this program is to help participants develop their managerial capabilities so that they are able to build, lead, inspire and energise their team to achieve overall organisational goals.

The program will provide inputs to help participants create dynamic teams who work together effectively and meaningfully, while keeping their sights on Vision, Values and Personal Initiatives. The design is learning-oriented rather then training-oriented and opportunities will be provided to: -

• Gain insight and develop awareness about work group behaviour.

• Understand, at a general level, the Basic Assumptions regarding the nature of human behaviour and also the various Blocks that influence work group behaviour.

• Assess and explore, at a personal level, the Basic Assumptions and Blocks that adversely affect Managerial Behaviour and how to develop strategies for deblocking.

• Develop understanding and awareness about the role of Managerial Leadership in Team Effectiveness.

• Explore Personal Leadership Styles and relate them to Managerial Behaviour.

• Develop Skills in Inter-personal Communication, especially with the help of Transactional Analysis.

• Work out strategies for Work Prioritisation and enhancing Team Effectiveness.

• Help Subordinates develop Confidence and Trust.
