Customer Relationship Management Programme (CRM) About SCDL SCDL was born in 1994 as a "Correspondence Section" of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) for Defence Personnel and their dependents. In the year 2001, SCDL was established as a separate institute offering courses through the medium of distance education, providing an opportunity to thousands of students to enhance their careers and lives.
