Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) The Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) is a doctoral programme, which has been designed to cater for the scholarly needs of the working business executives. MDI is looking for candidates with a consistently good academic record, professional accomplishments and strong urge to contribute to the process of knowledge creation and dissemination in the field of management. The Programme EFPM is largely a non-residential programme (open to candidates only from National Capital Region) and would take approximately four to five years to complete. The students are expected to undergo course work and submit a thesis at the end of the programme. Area of Specialization Finance, Human Behaviour & Organization Development, Human Resource Management, Information Management, Marketing, Operations Management and Business Policy & Strategic Management. Eligibility Candidates should have a Master's degree or equivalent diploma in Business Management with a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying examination. Candidates with Master's qualifications in a functional management area, such as finance (MFC), business economics (MBE), human resource management (HRM) may also be considered eligible for specialization in that area, if they satisfy other requirements.
