How to Apply
The admission forms will be available from the designated branches of State Bank of India from 11.10.2004 to 20.11.2004 on cash payment of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 125/- for SC/ST category). Applicants must enclose the bank counterfoil with the application. Application forms can also be obtained from the office of Faculty of Management Studies (North Campus) or S. P. Jain Advanced Management Research Centre (South Campus) against a bank draft of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 125/- for SC/ST category). If required BY POST, request for the admission form to the Administrative Officer, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Delhi - 110 007 enclosing a non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 575/- (Rs. 200/- for SC/ST category). Admission forms can be downloaded from the website. Downloaded forms must be submitted along with the bank draft of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 125/- for SC/ST category). Applicants belonging to reserved categories must submit the copy of the relevant certificate along with application forms.

Fee Structure
The fee for various programmes is payable in three instalments every year. The approximate annual fee for the MBA programme is Rs. 11,000. The fee payable at the time of admission is approximately Rs. 6000.

Note:
(1) Incomplete forms/ forms without bank drafts will not be entertained.
(2) The bank draft must be drawn in favour of the "Registrar, University of Delhi" payable at State Bank of India, Service Branch (Code No. 7687).
(3) Completed forms should be sent to Administrative Officer, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Delhi - 110 007.
(4) Entrance Test for MBA (PT) will be held at Delhi only.
(5) Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi will not be responsible for any postal delay.
(6) All matters of dispute would be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Delhi only.
