SEZs Demystified by Industry Experts during 'Samiksha' at NITIE, Mumbai

Uncovering another facet of the discussion, Ms. S. Gayatri dwelt upon the importance of harnessing the hidden potential in Offshore Banking and International Financial Service Centers in line to SEZs.

The presentations were followed by the panel discussion, which was moderated by Mr. Arun Giri. His judicious remarks and inquisitive attitude enlivened the discussion and created an ambience for a logical deliberation on such a burning topic. After the discussion, there was a consensus among the panelists that SEZs are still in the evolution stage and the best we can do is to plug the loop-holes as and when they are discovered.

The discussion came to an end with the encouraging remarks by the panelists regarding the selection of the topic, the level of participation of students and a flawless execution of the event. The panelists were felicitated by Prof. Ashok K. Pundir and the vote of thanks brought the event to a close.
