The session was followed by a Corporate Workshop by Mr. Sanjay Jha, Executive Director, Dale Carnegie Training, India, on the theme of the Corporate Sessions. The workshop was brilliantly entertaining as well as replete with learning.

Finally, the most sought-after event of the day, the HR Roundtable, was flagged-off. The event brought the HR perspectives and insights to the fore. Budding HR managers flooded the veterans with questions and comments which surely would have led to mutual learning. The speakers of the event were: -

The last evening of Manthan, as always, led to Dharohar, the Alumni Meet. This year, the meet was organized at Royal Le Meridian in Vile Parle, Mumbai. The occasion was a motley mix of emotions and feelings. With the elder generation adopting a paternal role to the new generation of HRM&LR, whereas the more recent batches mixing like friends and sharing experiences. This year, the curtains on Manthan '08 were brought down with nostalgia pervading the minds and hearts of one and all.
