Knowledge Week at JBIMS-Mumbai Commences with Annual Business Convention, 'Strategym'

The week concludes with 'Prayaag', where students from renowned B-schools and corporate lock horns amongst themselves. With JBIMS' location coming to its advantage, Prayaag has over the years witness exceptional intellectual war as part of its various

events. Prayaag 2008 will be held on 24th to 26th October and the theme for this year is "Athena: The Greek Goddess of Strategic Warfare & Heroic Endeavor". It will consists of 16 different events spread over 3 days which will test the art, wisdom, skills, knowledge, business acumen, and application of participants in a very interesting and engaging manner. 'The Quest to Reach Olympus' is the flagship event and will test the participants in a multi-faceted manner. 'Tata Kwizkraft' is yet another event which has evoked tremendous interest among the student fraternity. With the involvement of organization like the Tata Group, corporate as participants, and quiz to be hosted by Mr. Dhananjay Shettigar, Kwizkraft is expected to be a clincher of an event. Other events like 'Hermes' Vision', 'Demeter', 'Athena's Scroll', 'Titanomachia', etc., will add on to the fun and will be a test of specifics. With an expected foot-fall of 5000 and a range of events lined up, Prayaag 2008 will be a fun-filled and intellectual experience.

This intellectual week will establish JBIMS at the zenith of B-schools. It is a week when students of JBIMS come forward and showcase their talent in terms of planning, organizing and finally executing. But the most important aspect that the week will bring out is 'Cerebral Energy', the vision that has inspired the basic philosophy and approach of JBIMS.
