VISTA 2005 is expected to attract about 8000 footfalls over the 3 days and participation from 400+ students from over 70 business schools and 200 of India's best postgraduate and undergraduate colleges. The IIMs, XLRI, FMS, XIMB, SCMHRD and NITIE are some of the prestigious business schools participating in VISTA 2005.
The overall prize being given away this year is close to a sum of 10 lakhs.

The corporates who have come forward to participate in VISTA 2005 are American Express, HLL, TATA, Ramco Systems, Mckinsey, CavinKare, Cognizant Technology, CII to name a few.

Games and workshops conducted by renowned organizations such as American Express, CavinKare, Ramco sytems and FreeScale will command the attention of the sharpest minds in the country. India's largest paper presentation competition - Manifestations will be held during VISTA where pre-selected candidates will present papers that help in giving direction to the theme of the summit. Every vertical will address one aspect of the issue and serve as a part of the jigsaw that is the future of the Indian organization.

The National level debate - Drishtikone - is an event where tact, finesse and diplomacy will be rolled into one. The enthralling finale of the debate will be held on the 30th of October in front of an audience that is bound to be captivated at the debating prowess of the participants.

A Private Equity Summit, the first of its kind, will be also be conducted as part of VISTA'05. ICICI Venture, a pioneer in the Indian Private Equity industry, brings a unique opportunity for selected students from 10 of the top B-schools of the country to interact with its professionals and answer questions relating to the role of Private Equity in shaping the future of the Indian corporate world.
